Terms of Service
The basis on which we quote, supply products and carry out site work.
Quotes and assessments
Quotes are based on the conditions observed during the site assessment. If the load, tank size or build-up differs from what was assessed, we will confirm any change in writing before continuing.
Product use
Products must be applied at the dosage stated on the label and in the plan we supply. Results depend on correct and consistent application by your staff.
Payment
Invoices are payable on the terms shown on the invoice. Standing maintenance programmes are billed per delivery cycle unless agreed otherwise.
